A thoughtfully designed Bondi apartment that balances Mid-Century influences with clever spatial planning, creating a home that feels generous, functional and effortlessly sophisticated.
brief + design approach
THE BRIEF: The clients wanted to transform their apartment into a warm, highly functional home that supported work, entertaining and everyday living. Inspired by Palm Springs and Mid-Century Modern design, the brief focused on bespoke joinery, integrated storage and a cohesive material palette.
DESIGN APPROACH: Every square metre was carefully considered, with custom American Oak joinery creating integrated storage, display and flexible living spaces. Venetian plaster, tropical wallcoverings and a bespoke timber divider bring warmth, texture and character while maintaining a strong connection between each space.
